The Maple YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers various programs for the physical, mental and spiritual development of people. Its facilities include a fitness center, free weight room, swimming pools, gymnasiums and eight tennis courts. The Maple YMCA is located in Kalamazoo, Mich., and is a part of theYMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, which has been operational for more than 100 years. The parent organization offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, tennis and football. Its fitness program includes classes in yoga, Pilates, martial arts, step aerobics, cycling and cardio kickboxing.
