I usually get my nails done here, but one time I went to another place and i was extremely unhappy, so now I go back here whenever I get my nails done.

Kept older customers waiting longer than young girls. Male technicians would not perform pedicures or take care of older customers. Did not see technician's license on display. Tried to use ploy by wanting to place customer is a foot soaking capacity in order to appear as if there were taking care of then wait they took care of others who arrived later. Tried to dump customer on one technician when others were available therefore increasing waiting time for customer.
