mem property management is by far the best property management company I've had and worked with, and I've had a lot. They have great people who actually care (thanks Steve and Rosa)! Easy to use online portal to pay (automatically or single use), submit maintenance requests, which have always been promptly followed up on and resolved, and the property itself was everything and more that we could've asked for. We're only moving out after buying a home. I sincerely recommend mem property to anyone reading this.

I don't know where to start with mem management! They are fabulous and definitely one of a kind. I have been so disappointed looking for a management company and then I found them. They are great with the service provided and very prompt to call back and answer every question. Most importantly you will never have to get stuck talking to a computer, there is always someone live to speak to. I really don't ask a lot from a management company. It helps if they respond to phone calls, answer emails and are proactive to resolve any issues. I have to say that Martin and his team exceed my expectations for service and responsiveness. It really has been great to work with the folks over there at mem.

The company knows what to do and how to handle each individual issue with respect and professionalism. I have seen first hand, many times, how they all go above and beyond. Communication is key and mem is the answer !

I live in a 236 unit condo in Edison that is very difficult to manage because of the narcissistic, combative attitude of just a few homeowners.Without fail one or the other is continually annoying, arguing,restraining and actually negatively impacting any positive progress the building needs to accomplish to stay up to date in one of the best zip codes in the United States, Our building is all steel and concrete built in 1974 and theoretically should be easy to manage and maintain.I want to highly commend mem property managements staff and management who has worked endless hours to try and help us simply function as a healthy group. They have continually gone far and away out of the ordinary to help our Board stay on track with updating and managing a very difficult situation.

Working with mem property management has been a pleasure due to their up to date technology in accessing our information (HOA payments & balances) electronically via their website access. mem's promptness to our emergency calls are highly appreciated. Our property manager Steve is an asset to the mem team and a easy partner to work with regarding our property.

I have been lucky enough( ugh) to be a board member for the past 4.5 years, being a board member is not the best job and having a bad management company does not help, so we search and found mem property management 2 years ago. Now I actually enjoy being a board member, and of course I try and take the credit for all the good things (ha,ha) but on a serious note Martin Laderman and his team have really stepped up to the plate I know it's a thankless job on both ends but when you hire one of those small management companies they have no clue what to do and even worse one of the larger management companies you're just another fish in a big pond.Needless to say we are pleased with the results so far, if anything changes I'll certainly remove four stars

My Board has used mem property management for many years now to handle all of our financials, liens, etc. and they have always done an amazing job. They always remind me when it's time to put things on our agenda for important items such as budgets, annual election, and many other timely things that are not typically done in my office. I would highly recommend this management company to anyone! They really believe in working together and solving problems quickly

I am writing this review as a homeowner who has been living in one of men property management's managed communities (here in Jersey City) since 1994, in general we find them very responsive to any and all questions, (from telephone or e-mail), and also their staff is very polite and professional.

mem property management are expert in condominium property manager for a reasonable cost. Their advice to our Board is clearly reasoned and considers all financial and legal aspects under the latest Federal and NJ condominium housing . mem's staff oversees all aspects of caring for our property like providing legal notices announcing annual or special meetings, publishing our current directory every year, monthly operating budget and reserve fund analysis, soliciting and managing subcontractors, overseeing maintenance and service providers, buying insurance, maintaining elevator and fire inspection certificates, and all resident's calls for service. mem now logs and tracks all requests for service and the Board reviews the log.

I am the President, of a 490 unit HOA. I signed a contract, with mem property management, the first time, back in 2012. It was for a 2 year term. mem property management, under the direction of Martin Laderman, and his professional staff, have gone above and beyond, my expectations, and in doing so, Im glad to have signed up for another 2 year term.
