Their tech Dan was just awesome! He called ahead before coming to give us a heads up, once here, he walked us through all the problem areas and explained what caused the mold there. He then created a mold remediation plan tailored to our issues and was very upfront about everything that needs to be done. We went ahead with the remediation, and I'm happy to report that after 3 days of hard work, Dan completely made our basement mold free!
