I knew that New York Life was a great company and I don't know if all of their agents are great but Blane McClellan is wonderful. He went miles out of his way to help us understand not only about New York Life's policies but how Long Term Care insurance works in general. He educated us on all of our options. We never felt pressured. My husband and I now have Long Term Care policies with a company we know will be around and an agent that has nothing but our best interests at heart. I would recommend Mr McClellan and his company to anyone.
