Jose and Daniel (A20) did a great job!! I really appreciate the time they took to help move my grandparents!

When I called to make my reservation I was made think the move was going to be a certain way. On the day of the move it turns out they had a bunch of extra fees I wasn't told about.Not only that but the movers were unpolite unprofessional and extremely slow. DO NOT recommend this company!

I'll try to be brief....my move time frame Friday (4-6 pm) at 7 pm I called and was told I had cancelled the move...in utter shock I said I can assure you I did not cancel the move. I was told the mover was late with a previous move. He called me directly and said the same thing now arriving between (7 and 8 pm) He showed up at 8 pm to tell me he was not going to go forth with the move due to rain..(Well if that was an issue they could have told me at 4 pm...it had been and was forcasted to rain all day.) Showed up the next day to move my stuff and I am paniced cause I have to release this apt, clean it and remove all food from fridge etc. Movers were upset at my sleeper sofa..no one told me to specify. At the new place already behind schedule they rushed through it and every single piece of furniture has scratches and my headboard is actually chiped half an inch deep. Then on the way out one of the movers tells me he lost 70 dollars on this move cause it took him so long to take the bed appart...again no one told me I had to do that. He refused to put it back together and left. He lost 70 dollars and I lost a day as well as gained permanent damage to every piece of funiture I own! I am upset I had to even give them one star on this review! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will regret it!
