Beware of these guys (Newport Exterminating)!! They lure you with cheaper certification fee. But they will say your home need fumigation while local treatment is actually do-able. I had it done locally by other Exterminating company, way way cheaper & it came with 2 years warranty. Moreover, it should be free inspection, but since i didn't go with Newport, they sent me bill of $85, claiming that it is too late, they already made the report, & if i don't pay it will be a lien. What a rip off. So, fellow home owner... choose wisely, learn from my mistake. JAA, Irvine.
