      I appreciate honesty. When I first went to the shop, I explained that another shop told me I needed certain things done on my car. The guys at Autowerkes told me that those certain services weren't required yet and I only needed some minor stuff done. The honesty saved me money and ensured that Autowerkes would have a consistant customer in me.

      I would/have highly recommend Autowerkes because of quality of service, communication regarding problems needing to be repaired, honestly and willingness to explain what I don't understand and great service people!

      Notably good service experience

      I called they did not work on jeeps but took the time to refer me to a very good shop called Francisco's Automotive

      Autowerkes has been creating loyal customers that value personalized service, convenience, and the highest attention to technical detail. The past 30+ years have seen multiple generations of original, loyal customers still coming for quality service for their BMW, Porsche or Mercedes. Many of them (that moved out of the area) drive all the way from Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, L.A. and from the south in Newport Beach, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach, even as far away as San Diego, to have their car serviced at Autowerkes.
