They don't know what they're doing. They don't care about you. They provide zero customer service. After I sold my condo and paid off another mortgage, I asked them to take these items off my policy. Months to years later, I discovered they never did bother to do that. That's just 1 of many bad experiences I had. I'm now retired and have more time to search for a better insurance company. I'm done with them - Pyramid Insurance is the WORST business experience I've ever had!!!
