we went not fully knowing what to expect, atmosphere was amazing wait staff was wonderful. it was rainy at shortpump so everyone flocked to the restaurants. but the wait wasnt bad 25 min. at the most. our waitress was amazing, even though there ticket machine broke and were short on waiters, we got our food in a decent amount of time. but boy was it worth the wait! Manocotti was to die for! veal parm. was perfect! and dont even get me started on the tiramissu! everything about our first visit was amazing, we will most certainly be back.(:

Wow! Picked up Maggiano's this evening for a birthday dinner and was surprised. Looks like they have halved the family portion but are charging about 3/4 the price of the original size. Very disappointed with the "new pricing". The food tastes great, but will definitely limit my visits because of the price.

The food was very good but pricey, I paid 23.50 for salmon (5 inch square) and that is all I got, on a bed of spinach with 1/2 a lemon and bread. If you like your fine dining loud and boisterous you will like it, I don't. I was with a party of 12. I found the staff to be disorganized and slow, they delivered our food in spirts and 2 of our people had not been served and had to ask where their meal was. I asked for a take home box, I like to pack my own food that way I know it is mine. My food was wisked away and not returned, I had to ask where it was right before I left and it was found setting on the server counter. I won't visit again any time soon.

I am such a fan of this great Italian restaurant that on my first visit to Las Vegas, Maggiano's was our very first stop. We've never had bad service and the food is exceptional. If you are in a party of at least 4, the $25/each family meal is the best deal in town: You get a full three courses and they will just keep bringing more food to you on request. We are always looking for an excuse to eat at Maggiano's and it won't disappoint.

The food was marginal. The service was pretty good, I was in a big party. I haven't been back nor am I in a rush to. I can't say that I'd recommend it, but several of my friends like it a lot.

The food was not bad and the environment was nice and clean, but to be honest... I had heard so many good things about this place and it really didn't live up to its expectations. The waitress was a little rude, some of the food came out wrong and undercooked, and we were crammed into a small space. It is probably better for a small party of 2 or 4, but not for large ones.

Incredible food.
