Stretched 8 rooms of poorly laid carpet. Repaired one 10' line whee carpet pulled up at a seam in a room of berber carpet and cleaned a loves seat that was dingy. Every service was excellent and I am pleased.

Great great great service! Great great great service! Old fashion style, like when a handshake meant something. Its good to see there are still businesses with caring individuals who really prize quality in service. Was told by two different companies that I should just replace my carpet. Stretched it, cleaned it and dyed a couple spots and the carpet looks great. It doesn't look new, but compared to what it looked like before I am thoroughly satisfied and less poor.

These guys are great! I had a huge red spot on my tan carpet from an overturned punch bowl, and not only did they do a fantastic job getting the stain out, but they were even able to come out the morning after I called on the 5th of July, when most businesses are closed.

Spent $2300 replacing a large basement's carpeting. 1 year later the carpet started loosening and raised areas started appearing like speed bumps. Called the installer and guess what? Out of warranty!. Unbelievable. The only option the distributor gave me was to have "their guy" come out and stretch it as a "courtesy". He came and kicked a few places and stapled a few others.Two months later all lumps and bumps returned.



Called Carpet Doctors and they power stretched the carpet while removing the staples the last guy laid and cleaned 3 rooms, a set of steps and my car seat. So far so good. All the cleaned areas look great and my carpet remains flat. It's been 6 months since my service and I'm happy

I , like many people, have had a nightmare of a time with renters. I installed new carpet in one of my homes, and less than a year later, after an eviction, the carpet was "ruined". That is until I spoke with Carpet Doctors Inc. Although I had to leave a message, I recieved a response within an hour. I was sold on this company after an extensive conversation with the owner, in which I was assured my carpet could be restored to like new condition, thus saving me about $1500 in replacement cost. When the Technician got to my rental home, on time by the way, he was uniformed, in a new van, and was proffessional in appearance, and attitude. After a "walk-through" we decided to restretch 2 rooms, install two inserts to correct an iron burn, and an area about 3'x4' that a dog had dug out, dye one bleach spot, clean 4 bedrooms, living room, hall, den, and all closets. I returned in about 4 hours after a call from the technician to tell me he had finished. I was shocked at how fast the work was done by one man, and had doubts that this would be done to my satisfaction. I Fully expected to return and find obvious repair sites, dirty trafic lanes and dog odor. I am telling you that when I walked in the door I couldn't believe what I saw. The carpet looked new! I think my wallet smiled too( can that happen?) Although the carpet was still damp, I was assured it would be dry within 24 hours. The repairs were virtually invisible, the wrinkles in the two rooms were gone, and the bleach spot was no more. I was given a lifetime warranty for all of the repairs, and a 5 year warranty against the carpet buckling again. It has now been 10 days since the service and the carpet did dry in 24 hours, and looked better than it did while it was damp. All of the repairs have held, and no odors have returned. As you can tell I am very happy with this Company, and now have them on a yearly schedule to service all of my rental properties. Now I need a good renter. Wish me luck!

Great job by Carpet Doctors!! I don't understand what the person's problem is who gave this company a 1 rating. After reading her review it is clear that this is a disgruntled person who just can’t be satisfied. I made a similar appointment with this company. They told me they would "TRY" to get me in after hours, but might not be able to make it depending on when they finish the previous job. I too was told that they could not make it after hours, and scheduled me for the following morning to stretch my carpet, they then scheduled me for today for my free cleaning. There are not many companies that will schedule Saturday appointments-let alone an appointment at 5pm. I received 2 free rooms of carpet cleaning and was given a 10 year warranty for the stretching, and lifetime on an iron burn they repaired. The repair was perfect and the rooms that where stretched look great. I suspect the critic was told the same as me, "They would try and make it". The fact that they then tried to set an appointment for her at multiple different times-at her convenience tells me that this complaint in invalid. The technicians from Carpet Doctors where courteous, professional, and very pleasant. My realtor referred me to them, after telling me she has worked with them for over 10 years. I am very happy with them and will refer them

Straight to the point service; no scams or upselling. Did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets, after my dog had several "accidents". They also restretched 3 rooms for me that had waves and speed bumps running across. All services where done on the same day. Would definitely recommend them.

After previous experience with inferior companies, Carpet Doctors proved to be the best of the best. I had squeaks removed from two rooms, carpet restretched, and two damaged areas repaired in 2 year old berber carpet. The squeaks are gone.The carpet has no more buckles, and the repairs are invisible. Outstanding, and punctual service. A little higher cost than most companies, but if you want it done right the first time these are your boys.
