Mark is an expert in his field! I have come to him with so many questions and he never tires, always willing to share his knowledge and advice. GREAT products and service! I am SO happy that Hemet has this gem.

Just don't ask to buy anything on credit. I didn't know any better, so I ran up a bill that was $17.49 more than what I had in my wallet. Mark let me put the $17.49 on credit. Well, I came back later that afternoon and paid the entire bill in full. The 1st mistake I made was to pay his girlfriend who was running the store that day because Mark was out. When I was in the store few weeks later, Mark asked me if I wanted to settle the bill. I was puzzled; my reaction to him was "I didn't know I even had an unpaid balance." With the surprise of the old debt catching me off guard, I made my 2nd mistake by paying Mark the $17.49 on the spot. It wasn't till later that evening that I had recalled my earlier payment, making this a double payment.

A couple of days later, when I was in the store to get more supplies, I mentioned everything to both Mark and his girlfriend but they stated they had no recollection of two payments.

I have tried to talk to each of them yet again and they both indicated that they are certain there was no extra payments.

I am extremely disappointed with this outcome and am considering shopping elsewhere.

Oh, and while they both allow me to park my bicycle inside, there is no "bicycle parking", regardless of what the listing says.

Love this store. Mark is the most knowledgeable person in the business, no matter what your growing. The two girls in the store are very friendly and helpful as well. The prices are good , the selection is huge and seems to be getting bigger.

Excellent advice, and good prices on everything you need to grow a great indoor garden. I'm very surprised that anyone would give Mark's shop a "one star" rating. For my money, I'll continue to visit Mark, and pick his very experienced brain. I'm a newbie at this, but with his help, I'm doing very well.
