All I'm saying is that they charged me $175 to drop it, when I made my research I found out that the most they can charge me is $125, and that is a state law so y'all be careful because they'll take your money.

This lady is was parked in a apartment complex or a in a group of homes to where the streets are private streets ,( NOT PUBLIC STREETS ) these street are to small to have vehicles parked in the streets .We have contracts to patrol the streets and fire lanes to keep cars clear ,either for emergency vehicles or the managements rules .What these people don't write in there reviews are that they were parked illegally ,the people that write these reviews are not always angel's .They are mad because they were parked illegally and in return there car was impounded . If it was possible, I wouldn't even give them ONE star! WARNING: Do not use All Day Towing in Hayward, CA. They are a completely dishonest company. We recently learned that they will drive around looking for vehicles to tow for no reason. Then if you are there and stop them while your vehicle is being "hooked up" to the truck, they will take cash from you to prevent it from being towed. Otherwise, they'll just take it and charge you a couple hundred dollars to get it back. They also claim to take photos of your vehicle parked a certain way (after THEY move it themselves). DO NOT TRUST THEM!
