Instructors are very rude. Very long waiting times to the appointment.
And Instructors don't know the rule when to take Left turn...Instructors to me to take left turn on light at one of intersection I passed the lane (3/4 my car) and its green light. but ahead traffic is coming in the opposite direction so i Stop...by the time i got clearance to take turn it is yellow.I accelerated by car and took 1/2 turn..then the light turn red....she start shouting like monkey and pulled over me.... and told that i failed my test because you did follow the signal regulation rule. before this i didn't even lost one point....

First and foremost I passed my test, so this isn't said out of spite.

This place is extremely disorganized, unprofessional and rude. The instructor was not really inviting and made me feel more nervous than necessary. I got to the testing center at around 12:00 and waited about four hours to take my test. The only reason why I stayed so long was because I came from Rochester, MI and the drive was too far to just leave and come back the next day. I'm just happy that this damn test is done and over with.

Instructor was very rude. He raised his voice at me then went on to insult my age & where I worked. When I proceeded to ask him what my age or where I worked had anything to do with me taking my test he soon apologized but proceeded to yell at me. I felt discouraged, insulted, & nervous so of course I failed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The man teaching me how to drive kept telling me I was a bad driver and why didn't I learn with my parents, like I'm still a teenager you should be teaching me. Also he kept on talking to me in Bengali, when I told him I prefer English. Also could not give me proper directions.

I took my road test and it was great. The instructor made me feel so comfortable. After a while I didn't even feel like I was taking a test, felt like I was just driving. Highly recommended

Worse place ever! Find any reason to fail you. Instructors can't drive themselves almost got in an accident on the way to the parking test. I passed every parking test except parallel and he failed me. I would not recommend this place for anyone. The instructors are very unprofessional and rude!

I only gave it two stars because the instructors are very kind and helpful with great advice(most of them have an Bengali accent so it's difficult to understand them). However, the receptionist or desk clerk is very nonchalantly rude and smart mouthed.I took twp lessons here. My first instructor was a pervert who practically tried to force me to come home with him. I was in fear of my life that night(that was a lesson later in the day) and decided to find a new location for my third lesson. I refused to continue putting my hard earned money into a very unprofessional school.

I recommend this place ,I woke up around 10 and went there at 11 o'clock, I practiced the road test before taking it and i got allot of helpful tips, Then i went back and registered for the road test and they made me wait about 10-15 minutes which is very quick, The examiner called me and we went to take the road test he was very nice and clear in his directions everything was perfect and i ended up passing this place is amazing.

i found it is a good school the trainers are good the examiner was good and very nice . i recommend to all taking training and road test at this school .they really doing a good job

I just took the road test there. The front desk staff is very nice, but the examinor is very rude. He did not told me to exit the freeway in advance. So, I could not exit as he wanted. Then, he yelled at me. A few days after, I took a road test at another center, the examinor is more courteous. She told me in advance in every junction or exit .

I recommend them. A friend of mine suggested taking my road test there. I drove all the way from Ann Arbor but it was worth it. Very courteous staff and tester. Nicely done.

Took the test and the guy made me a bit nervous but I'm just so glad I passed.
