I needed a replacement social security card and had every expectation it would take an hour or two of my day off. I arrived a few minutes before 9am and was surprised the doors were open and good sized crowd was already seated and being helped. The security guard was friendly and helpful and even with a number of people in front of me, the check in line moved quickly. I filled out a short form and my number was called almost immediately. After answering a few questions, I was out the door. Total time there was about 15 minutes. Everyone was pleasant as was my experience. Very nice....thanks!

9am to 4pm and closed on Wednesday Saturday and Sunday. The place is slow, the security gaurd that's been there forever is a waiting room Nazi. Don't use your cell, don't read a newspaper, just take your number and wait. I want to know where else you can get a job only "working" 30hrs/wk w/full time salary and full benefits other than working at a government job. Your tax dollars at work, right? What a joke.

I have been attempting to contact Representative T Bittle since September 13. I still have not been able to make contact.

This office is efficient and friendly. We arrived at 10am without a reservation and waited for appx 40 minutes to see a representative. This wasn't bad since the waiting room was very full. Our representative was very nice and was able to provide us with the documents we needed quickly. The guard at the door was extremely nice and helpful. This was a great experience at the SS office.
