I went looking for a dress at first I liked the selection and the prices. I found the perfect dress just what I was looking for and it fit perfect. I asked for the price and the lady told me it was $140 but that I could have it for $100 I was very satisfied we with their customer service. Once I was getting ready to check out the lady said it was $175 I was like you said I could have it for $100 she looked at me and in a rude way said that was cheap wasnt it. I was very diaspointed with their customer servic e and the way they changed the price on my dress she even left me the there without an explanation. I refused to buy the dress frlm such horrible customer service. I went to another store called dress up and found nicer dress for $88 . I will never go back again their customer service is awful.

Where should I start? They have the best customer service and such friendly staff. I needed a quincenera dress in three months for a very picky cousin. We had gone to so many stores but most of them didn't seem to want to help or know how to. On my way to her house we saw a store with a lot of red dresses on display so we went in. We were greeted as we came in and in no time they were showing us different styles and price ranges of dresses. They were able to help us find the perfect dress and everything to go with it. I spent around $550 on the dress, petticoat, shoes, crown and accessories! My cousin wouldn't of had her special day if it wasn't for them. I will defiantly be coming back for my other cousins quinceneras dresses!
