We have used Sloan's Pool service for a few years and the past couple of years have been disappointing.
Our 2017 pool closing a metal tool was left in our pool and we had just had our liner replaced. When opening the pool in 2018 we discovered the tool had rusted to our new liner and after many hours and dollars we were able to save our liner. This was brought to Sloan's attention and no restitution was offered.
We decided to give Sloan's one more chance and we had a less than satisfactory result in our opening this year.
1. No chlorine was added to the empty chlorinator
2. No vacuuming was done
3. They did not scrub the algae from the pool
4. No backflush was done and the water level was to high for proper pressure.
They told us they placed algaecide and shock in the pool and we were instructed to add 2 lbs of shock in 2 days.
When I brought this list of problems to Sloan's they were quick to respond and said the water was too bad to fix and no reconciliation was offered.
We now have to hire a second company to fix the water.

As you can see 6 days later we do not have a pool that is fit for swimming.

I have used Brian and his crew for my pool services for the last several years and have never been dissatisfied!!! I would highly recommend Sloans pool repair to anyone needing any sort of pool service. Their professionalism, workmanship along with the affordablility of their work is by far the best in the business in the greater KC Area.
