Bob was my technician. We had a compressor/motor go out last year. We had something go wrong this year and Bob bent over backwards to fix it knowing we had just put a lot of money into the unit last year. He was honest and tried really hard to do the right thing. I appreciate it.

This company did not follow through when called about a problem while the repair work was under warranty. Missed scheduled three appointment (didn't reschedule a fourth appointment). When called to complain was told that I needed to call the day of the appointment and track the technician and that it was probably my fault Becasue if I don't answer the phone the technician doesn't show (I was by the phone the entire day). The person then hung up on me.
