      Very bad experience with her!

      Very bad experience with her. If you want spend more money and vist more times than usual, then choose her! For a simple annual physical checking, she asked me to visit her more than 1 time and the code was send to insurance company was DIAGNOSTIC ILLNESS, I called many times but still can't change it.
