Provided by YP.comVery Dissatisfied! I called Monday to make an appt for my cat to get Spayed, when I called I was informed to bring in my cat at 8am Tuesday and she cannot eat or drink after 8pm Monday night. The drive was over 15 miles for me and when I got there the front desk told me it was 6pm, not 8pm, that my cat had to stop eating. I had to reschedule and they took a $10 deposit, which they told me, would go towards her surgery. Wednesday morning I called to reschedule because my cat got into her food and the woman said she would need to take ANOTHER $10 deposit and told me the $10 I'm paying is added to the surgery cost. She also accused me of lying when I told her the previous person, on Mondays call, told me 8pm not 6pm. So they were making more $ off me for them giving me the wrong information. I ended the phone call telling her I will not be coming in at all and keep my $10 you made off me for misinformation over the phone on Monday.
This is a great low cost animal clinic where you can get vaccinations for cheaper than any other place around the area. They do not charge you an office visit fee for shots. They also do spaying and neutering for a really good price too. The staff is always friendly and will take walk ins at the last minute with no hassle. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who are on a budget.

Provided by YP.comWhen I first started to go to this vet, I was elated. I spent a great deal of money treating a sick cat and they were able to make him feel "normal" for next to nothing. So I brought in my other cats for vaccinations. They told me one price and charged me another much higher price. I figured they were non-profit so I let that slide. After a few visits they started to look at me and what I was wearing to see if I really deserved to have them treat my cat. Soon I was being told by the staff (all of the doctors) that they would no longer treat my cat, recommended treatment advice that is not needed and that I should return to the previous vet I no longer cared for. I went back twice to see if both vets felt the same and got the same story from both of the them and whom I believe is the CFO/CEO. I am no longer a fan. I do not enjoy being turned away from medical care for my pet and to be profiled in any way. I hate to say it, but they should lose their license to treat animals, since they do not want to treat them. If they want more money charge slightly higher prices or call it a cost of medical care when the client pays thier bill.
