She was very helpful for my teenage daughter who was experiencing anxiety and depression. She helped with the referral to the psychiatrist and is knowledgable about medication and parenting.

She's awesome. I walked with a goal in mind (not an easy one) and we accomplished it and then some. Now I go for preventive maintenance. Stuff comes up and can always use a good therapist.
