      Witnessed a Seamless start-up transition between Overton Security and a Hotel. The guard looked sharp, professional and was very helpful. After all, That is what customer service should be.

      I parked in a red zone in San Jose and instead of the officer towing my vehicle, he was very respectful and gave ne a non-fined citation. His demeanor was professional and polite.
