I'm only giving them 1 star because giving them no star is not an option!

Do not ever use this company!! We had an oven and stove issue, the repairman, who is the owner also, was not qualified to work on the stove, so he sent the work to another company, My Appliance Repair in Colleyville, who were WONDERFUL, but kept the repair of the stove top for himself. Which now meant we had to make sure we were at home for two different appointments for two different companies. Needless to say, the second time he came out to our house, he broke/cracked our stove top!! Then called, chuckled about the incident and asked what color the stove top was so he could order a new one. I explained I didn't want him back at my house, he then said he would only pay for the stove top replacement, but not the labor for another company to install it, because he was "qualified" to do the work.

I called American Home Shield to see what could be done, while on the phone with them, he called three times because he wanted to make sure that we turned the breaker back on at our house. I called him back and told him that my husband cleaned up his mess! He left glass everywhere around the stove top, left the breaker off, which also controlled the air conditioner, etc. Whatever you do, do not use this company! He's done more damage than repair. I'm not sure how they've been in business for 30 years, as they advertise!!
