Very fast and friendly service from James.

I was charged 279 to replace a capacitor - 200 of that was for labor which was a 20 minute job. Other companies after the face explained that their 100 service call would have covered the labor so they basically charged 100 more than 5 other a/c companies I called. This was also no emergency call, I waited several days for them to come out so there was no extra charge for weekend or anything that would apply. Would NEVER recommend or use again!

RUN! The owner Sonny sends shady workers into your home, that make lude somments to women. As for their work, it is even worse. I have had to have another repair man out to fix the mess they made and cost me another $500 to get my unit back up and running after already paying this company almost $1300. We also tried to reach them on their emergency number for 2 days straight when it broke down after their work, and they did not return our calls, not even the next business day. We also paid for a filter that they never delivered, my husband had to call and get ugly with him to get it. His excuse was I forgot. I am thinking f filing an official complaint with the BBB.
