After calling Dennis and speaking with him several times he assured us that they could get the problem taken care of in a timely manner and we could be using our water again the same night. After calling Shoda you will never call another place again!! I've used 3 or 4 other sewer services. They were excellent when they came out and I even had them come out at a later date to fix a drain. They have reasonable prices and were honest. Very pleased with them.
