We take both of our dogs here, and we have never had a bad experience. The dogs seem happy and unafraid to visit Happy Tails.

Provided by YP.comRead the FINE print. I dropped our dog off on Saturday at 530. Picked up Wednesday at 2:30 and was charged another day. I told "her" that I was given the quote of XX dollars. She said "we don't have TIME to read everyone the fine print" I spoke with the manager, and she said the same thing. Don't waste your time. They are crooks!!

This place is so wonderful! I have 3 dogs I bring here and they told me I could get all 3 in one day rather then spacing it out. The staff was VERY nice and condsiderate. They even gave me a tour of the facility without hesitation. Clean and nice. I recommend this to anyone who wants a fresh, clean, and nicely groomed dog.
AMAZING SERVICE!!! I recently rescued a long haired kitty and took her to get bathed at Happy Tails. She had a couple large matts in her hair and when I talked to one of the groomers she told me it'd be less stressful to have them cut out and they'd do they're best. Well they definitely did!! The places where her matts were had been blended in and you could hardly notice! Her fur grew back in beautifully :D Also she smelled so good with the shampoo and cologne they used on her. The people were friending, personable and very approachable. They gave me a tour of where my kitty would be staying and I couldn't have felt better about her safety and could clearly see they cared about the animals that came in. Highly recommend them and will be returning for all future grooming questions and services.

Provided by YP.comI had my 2 dogs boarded at Happy Tails. I dropped them off on Friday, and asked if I had to pick them up on Monday, or if they were open on Sunday to save me a day. I was told they were open on both Sunday and Monday for two thirty minute windows. I picked up my dogs during the 2nd 30 minute window on Sunday, and was charged for 3 days, not 2. When I asked about it, I was told that in their pamphlet (which I was never given), it states in fine print that the 2nd pick up window would incur charges for an additional day. I called to speak with the manager and she informed me that she would not be issuing me a refund (I didn't even ask for a refund) and that since I have used their facility in the past, I should have known. I suppose the other times I used them I happened to pick them up in the first pick up window or on a different day altogether, where it would not have been an issue. The employee never told me about this rule. There is no sign in their establishment. It is not noted on the door next to their hours of operation. I told the manager that she would be losing a customer and she quickly responded,"That's fine. Bye" and hung up the phone. That is bad business and it isn't ethical. On top of it all, which I did not get to explain to her since she hung up on me, my Shih-Tzu is missing teeth from the 2 day visit, from biting at the kennel, and my Yorkie lost her voice from barking so much. That's never happened at other pet boarding establishments. The manager's name is Dawn Dunn. 260.637.0798.

Well kept facility with professional staff, but very very noisy. My dog was afraid to come in the front door. I asked them not to cut the tail at all and they did anyway. They said it would have looked funny if they didn't because they had to trim her back end pretty close due to matting. I didn't realize she had any matting and I would rather they not had taken it upon themselves to decide what looked best. They also charged a $2 fee to use a credit card?

Provided by YP.comWe gave them clear, specific instructions on how we wanted our Bichon Frise groomed and they clearly did not understand what we asked of them. Even though the groomer said she understood, our poor little baby came out almost bald with patchy spots of fur everywhere. Her entire coat was uneven! They seem great because when you call they always have availability but now we realize that is because no one wants their services!

Every pet owner has to see this place! I had alot of anxiety of leaving my Saint Bernard and my 2 cats anywhere. After taking a unscheduled tour of this facility my anxiety went away, the staff is not only personable but you can see they are very passionate about animals. When picking my animals up my Saint Bernard was out on the playground playing fetch with one of the staff members, that is when i knew i made the absolute best choice for my pets stay. A+

cleanest shop around, even took me on a tour. Staff was very friendly and helpful. really cater to your pets individual needs
my dog just loves going there for her monthly grooming. They take super care of her and treat her like she is royalty. The groomers are all so nice and friendly. I even use them for her boarding needs. can't go wrong with this company. A++
