I went to him a few years back,my wife was going to him at the time,so i wanted a second opinion on a tooth ask him if he could save it, the another dentist said it need to be remove,Well Mr Middleton put a root canal and new crown the thing like 1100.00,Any after a year the crown came out ,Went back to his office he was not there ,another dentist that work with him put back in ,But said that tooth needs to go ,ask why the dentist said the base is crack and in bad sharp should have listed to my old dentist in the first place,I throw away money would not Have him put crowns or filling in my Dog's Mouth

Dr.Middleton is an Awesome dentist. Great with kids.. my kids are always happy to go to the dentist. Very nice staff also,

I really felt at ease during my procedures (root canal, crowns, etc.). Doctor Middleton has great mannerisms and is very personable.
