With a location in Fayetteville, N.Y., Bonefish Grill is a casual dining seafood restaurant that is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Bonefish Grill specializes in market fresh fish grilled over an oak-burning grill, and an array of sauces and original toppings. Bonefish Grill offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, grilled fish dishes, wines and martinis. Bonefish Grill is known for using ingredients, such as hearts of palm, pine nuts, artichokes, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. The menu features a selection of hand-cut steaks and pork tenderloin, as well as pasta and chicken dishes, in addition to the fresh fish offerings. I never actually ate at the resturant but i have tried thier bang bang shrimp at the taste of syracuse.Almost every year they always run out becuase this is such a big hit.The shrimp has like a glaze that is sweet but spicy its so delicious and i would recomend this dish to anyone.

Good food and friendly service. Bonefish has a great atmosphere and is a great place to go out for a meal. It is a little expensive but for the most part worth it.

good food. spicy though. even the kids food. if you don't like something you can send it back but they will charge you for something else pretty decent though
