They are not supposed to sell any customer's items without explicit confirmation of the accepted appraisal amount. If you do not expect the amount they are to return the items to you.When confronted they will only offer $4 - $5 in store credit often times a 1/8th of the valued item(s). They will delay the appraisal process for several hours and assure you that you will receive a call; to prevent you from staying and receiving any cash value and/or the return of your item(s). The store will often times be unable to return the item to you the following day because they have already sold it. They will indeed justify this low valued store credit by saying they were unable to make contact with you by the number you provided or they will leave message after the store has already closed, so they can default the authorization of the sale of your items. Although they have no written policy to inform consumers of their overnight policy they will inform you that your item should not have been left in their possession. Don't bother wasting your time here!! Rude employees and they only accept two containers. They WATCHED me unload one large container and six small bankers boxes (which all would fit in one big container) and waited until I brought them all inside to tell me they could only take two of them. I drove 45 minutes to get here. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!!
