I called my home warranty company on Monday. Today Eddie from Bass Plumbing arrived on time and was very friendly. He repaired my toilet as we talked and laughed about various topics. I was very happy with the service and the technician and would ask for them personally next time I have a plumbing issue.

Come by, said needed to order part and left. Bass plumber did not cut off water properly before he left so it flooded the bathroom and adjoining bonus room. Refused to take responsibility and never came back. $10,000 repair.

Failed to complete the job. Not very professional. Unhappy with warranty service and extraneous fees.

Agree with every one star rating on this review site. Bass tech showed up on the wrong day and advised us to pursue a course of action with our Kitchen faucet manufacturer that turned out to be impossible. Office mgr was rude, unhelpful, etc. Told me that I was NOT her customer, they only worked for the Warrenty company. Owner was supposed to call back before last weekend. Have heard nothing! just terrible service in every department.

Raymond Bass unethical business man don't waste your time and money

Bass is a great company. Bass was very professional because he showed up to my home ten minutes ahead of schedule and he didn't waste any time in diagnosing and correcting the problem. So I tell all my family and friends if you want your plumbing did right the first time call Bass plumbing.

Raymond Bass came to our rescue when another company did not show up. Found two water leaks and quickly repaired them. We had no water all day and he came by on his way home and worked in the dark. Outstanding service and highly recommended professional.

Thank you to the fast response and care the owner and plumber who helped in an emergency and with other things needed while on the job. I highly recommend them.

Bass plumbing is very Unprofessional, Unreliable, and is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of any person after initially contacting them to survey our issue.



The only positive thing I have to say is that they came out very fast to survey the issue, other than that they have not shown any interest in communicating with or about our issue at all or making my business a priority to them. We have called several times a day for four consecutive days at three different numbers and left several messages on two of them and still it is we have NEVER gotten in contact with any person.



Despite our collective efforts my wife and myself have NEVER received a return phone call from the manager or any other person to verify what occurred. We will be notifying our Home Warranty Company to arrange for another plumbing company to replace our water heater. BEWARE... If you like getting the run-around, being lied to, and stood up repeatedly, then this is the plumbing company for you!



This company deserves a 'F' rating on BBB.org and If I didn't have to give a star in order to leave a post, there would NOT be one at all !!!!

We were looking for a plumber to help with our shower water pressure problems. When I called, I was expecting to have to wait a while for an appointment, but to my surprise, they were available the next day. The guys were professional, answering all my questions and took the time to look at our other shower as well. They went above and beyond in my opinion and the cost was minimal. Very good service. We will call again if needed.

I have had a good interaction with Bass Plumbing in the past, so I went with them again for a simple outdoor faucet issue. I have called them no less than 4 times over the past 2 weeks. If the guy answers the phone, he will take down your info to imediately lose it, or throw it away. They still have yet to show, or call for that matter. The actual service you get when them to show up is good. Its just frustrating when you are trying to get a project done.

I have been using Bass Plumbing services for the pass 3-5 years. They not only have always given great quality service, they give helpful advise on how to possibly eliminate future problems. They are always available and respond within an reasonable time when called. Their cost is a working man's friend, I mean they are reasonable and his cost lets me know they are not all about the money, they believe in helping people. But it is understood that it is a business and must make a profit, he just does not try to make al off of one person.
