Great physicians and staff. So glad I found this office! I went for my second pregnancy and felt like family by the end.

This office has great staff and Doctor Gruskin is a pleasure. The office staff always works with me to schedule an appt that works with my work schedule. The doctor is detailed and friendly. This office is everything I've been looking for in an OB Gyn office - friendly, courteous, respectful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great OB Gyn!!

I wish I could give less then 1 star!!! Warning: Abby the Office Manager is nothing but a liar and the most unprofessional woman you will ever deal with. It all started last summer, the doctor saw me and was going out of town. I was told my results would be given to me in a few days. I never received a call, so I called. I was told by the office all results were normal. Then a few days later, I received a call stating they had my results. I told the girl I already called them. She said nobody made a note of it and she was sorry. Then comes December, I get a message saying I need to schedule a recheck appt. I call asking what is this about. I'm told that I was informed 6 months ago, I needed a recheck for abnormal test results. An absolute lie!!! Nobody ever told me that when I called or they called. I demanded to speak to a doctor who apologized and basically told me the office staff should not be giving out results and they made a mistake. Ok, made the appt. Had to cancel due to illness on December 29th. Stated in my message to call me to reschedule. Heard nothing but I did not call either. I was going to call this week when I recieved a rude letter sent certified mail stating I need to call ASAP to make an appt. They have made numerous attempts to contact me with no response. Then there's scribble at the bottom, saying this will be their last attempt to contact me. I left a message with them saying I did not appreciate the rude letter and nobody has called me. Rude obnoxious Abby leaves me a message stating she has documentation of all the calls. So not appreciating being called a liar, I print out my phone bill. Guess what? The only contact with them was my call cancelling. I called to speak to Abby and told her I wanted the dates and times of her contacting me because I'm holding my phone bill now. After numerous messages and emails, all Abby did was ignore my request. Why? Because she is a LIAR!!! If you are going to make up stories because you are lazy and incompetent at your job, at least come up with a story you don't get busted on. I looked up many reviews, too late of course. And wow!!' Many stating how bad the office staff was. Rude, not friendly and lazy. Well they are 100% accurate. I also know 2 other people who went there and had issues. One got a call saying their script was ready but she wasn't taking any scripts. That's nice, mix up patients meds. Then another got a 5 grand bill that was wrong. Her insurance covered everything. They were rude and did nothing to rectify this mistake. So if you want to take a chance on not being told your accurate results, wrong scripts, trying to get money from you that isn't owed, meet/deal with Miss Rude Abby....then make an appt. I strongly advise you run and find a professional to go to. It's really sad that 1 individual, ABBY, can bring an entire office down. Advice to her, take a customer service class!!! You are in desperate need of it girl :)

Have only been seen by a nurse practitioner -- was very nice. But the staff leaves much to be desired. Rude. Abrubt. Not worth the poor treatment. And forget ever trying to get a doctor or nurse call you back. They will not.
