i took my xbox 360 kinect there a month or two ago. it had a 4 GB memory unit when i bought it. when i got it out of pawn from them it was missing. and because i cannot prove it was there when i handed it to them i am unable to get it back so my xbox is almost useless now cannot save any games or even play dvds so i will never take anything to them again or recommend them to anyone.
