You won't believe this new place. As soon as you walk in feel relaxed and can't wait for your massage. The place is beautiful, clean and friendly. I love it.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, great selection on aromatherapy, and the decor is beautiful! I will be going back for certain - I had a great experience here!

Fabulous!!! Every day I am at Royal Oak I feel like I am on vacation and my stress melts away! I enjoy visiting with all the staff at Royal Oak and getting pampered all at the same time.

I tried booking an appointment several times and each time I was told there were no therapists available to give one, I finally went to another spa and got in right away. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I would not recommend going to this spa, the lobby floors were visibly dirty and my massage therapist smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. It did not seem very organized, the receptionist was not very helpful at all.

I have been twice. Each time I had a different masseur. They were both excellent. They made me feel comfortable and were very nice. The heated table also made a huge difference in my comfort level

Not too fond of it. Wouldn't waste my time making an appointment there.

I had a massage here a few weeks ago. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and it was peaceful and quiet in the waiting room. My massage was amazing! The girl who massaged me was really professional and nice, taking care to explain things so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. She even apologized when she lost track of time and went over 10 minutes!! This place is fantastic and I'm so glad I've found a place that isn't sketchy or creepy.

The inside decor is beautiful, but it was very cold in the massage room and there was a foul odor. Frankly, I don't know if it was the masseuse or the room. Either way it was unpleasant. The staff seemed pretentious and discourteous. You can try going there. Maybe it will be different for you.

Royal Oak Massage was so wonderful. The decor was amazing! The chandelier in the lobby was beautiful! ALL staff was wonderful, including receptionist! Also, my massage was the BEST I've ever gotten, and I get lots of massages!

I WILL NOT go back to this place. A girl with dark long brown hair sitting at the front desk made me feel very unwelcome. She came off as unwilling to help and snobby. The massage was okay.

The chandelier in the lobby is HUGE. Raised paneling covers every wall in the business, even in the back sauna room! Oh yea, the sauna room has another chandelier lol. The front staff is very welcoming... I will definitely sign up as a member next time, it would have saved me a lot of money.

Beautiful interior, wonderful staff and very professional therapists. Love the sauna, I got the Royal Treatment for sure! I will go back!
