Ordered 2 subs and 1 pizza for pick-up; was told it would be 20 minutes. Got there, paid for my order only to find that it was not ready. Waited while several other people came in, placed orders and left with their food. After finally getting my order that was CALLED IN over 30 minutes before, I got it home to find 2 burnt subs; one being a steak and cheese that had very little steak, NO cheese but lots of lettuce. Will not order from there again.

the new website for ricky's is rickysnypizzaweeblycom .use a dot after pizza and weebly. it would allow me to put dots :o)
