A Practice of Embodiment, Presence and HeartThe heart of my practice is about slowing down, opening to an experience of self and being in the present moment. It is in the present time that healing unfolds. The experience and our awareness of the present moment guides our knowing, if we are in a comfortable and balanced state or one of dis-ease. Our bodies speak to us, it is up to us to listen and find a way that matches our needs, be it a program or person. Through listening and opening our hearts, we are able to discover health and wholeness are always present in our bodies.
