The Shoe Dept across from Finish line wouldn't let me return a shoe water repellant I purchased the evening before. With the unused water repellant still in hand, I headed over to finish line. I was nicely greeted by Dan while looking at the Jason Markk Repel kits, which is what I really wanted in the first place. I explained my situation to him, and in no time we were exchanging my unused water repellant for the Jason Markk repellant. Dan showed great customer service and professionalism. I bought a pair of running shoes here with the 15 day guarantee. I had to return them because they rubbed on my foot wrong. The staff was great and made the exchange for a different pair of shoes without any problems. Customer service means a lot to me, so I wanted to give them credit for doing such a good job.
