My septum jewelry they put in for me fell apart multiple times and they were quite rude giving me replacements. Really sad because I wanted to like this place given how convenient and cheap they are!

I have taken my daughter to this store several times. When we went on 1/3/2015 the guy working there was mad because an associate had call in he was yelling and slamming things down he was as banging his hand on the counter, there were several other customers he was being very rude to a lot of people. I will never ever go back into the store if he is there. I was so upset by the experience I could not do the rest of my shopping so we just left

I got my belly button pierced a few days ago, and they were really nice! i was so nervous, but it was less than a pinch. It was nothing.
