AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The owner of this company, Ryan, is a crook! He tells you what you want to hear and then does not follow through..his employees are not uniformed as he stated, they did not have supplies as he stated they would, they were 2 hours late and did not answer my called repeatedly, and his employees did not seem experienced at all. When I complained to Ryan he was apathetic, unfriendly, and extremely unprofessional!

DO NOT use this company. I had them scheduled for a move and not only did they not show up, but they would not answer my phone calls or email. I have still not even received a courtesy call apologizing for not showing or an explanation as to why they didn't.

Please do not call these movers unless you want your property to be damaged! Firstly, they were late to our scheduled appointment. Secondly, the movers damaged my property and tried to walk away from it, putting the broken piece on top of the machine!?! When we confronted them, they admitted to breaking the knob. We immediately called the owner who told us via phone he would pay for the damage. $300 later, after the machine was repaired, the owner fell back on his word. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CROOKS!

They called when they were going to be late to let me know they were on their way. When they got here they were extremely professional and fast. I would highly recommend them!!! They are worth every penny!!!!

These guys are great! Packed my whole house (3 bedrooms) in 2 hours! Fast and very efficient. Thomas and Steven are very hard workers.

Ryan the owner at Strong Arm does not honor his contracts. Damage was done to my furniture and walls. He did nothing more than ignore my phone calls, 'stand me up' on many appointments to assess damages, and not return any voicemail/emails. He is dishonest in his business practices.
