We had a plague of cockroaches in our area where we live, so when the guy from BugBusters Termite Exterminators arrived I wasn`t sure whether he would be successful or not in getting rid of them. The roaches in my house were so big and so tough that I couldn`t get rid of them. Many pest contrl services have tried but nobody came up with success. I was really happy when these guys did the work perfectly. Now everything is clean and there is no sign of these creatures

We had a simple bug problem, waterfish, if thats what they are called. No big deal, the dont bite, the are mainly pests. Bugbusters came out,one person, and was so fixated on the fact that Wright State University had bed bugs 4 years ago. Since we live close to Wright State this person claimed we had bed bugs. We did not. We got a second opinion. As I was clearing out one of our bedrooms, Mr. Exterminater (this one person) was in the master bedroom shining his flashlight on my jewelry. I wonder if we had bugs in the jewelry! I dont think so! My Fiance called off work TWICE becasuse Mr. Exterminator said that he would be there and never showed. When we called he never picked up his phone and when he did, he proceeded to place the blame on us that he didnt show. Something about his not picking up the phone call and him being somewhere else. Very unprofessional. I would not use these people unless you want to pay for the to come and "clear out your bedbugs"! It just makes me really angry that people take advantage like this....I really recomend you not using these people!
