Bright Ideas provided us a new shower. The shower turned out as good as we expected. The gentleman that did the work was very professional and kept our house as we expected. We would definetely use them again.

Terrible service. Had bathroom remodeled including a new walk in shower. Total cost was higher than average for the job. Shortly after we had water leaking through the ceiling. They finally came out and fixed it and shortly after it started leaking through the ceiling again. It took them forever to finally come out and fix it the second time. Several months later it was leaking again. We were so fed up we paid a plumber from another company to come out and fix it. He stated the plumbing was installed incorrectly and they had used the cheapest materials he has ever seen. Overpriced and incompetent.
