It started out fine until I wanted to extend the time of the rental Eric seemed upset, he also left me a nasty message after I spoke to Dan stating we would return the car on Monday. I alwAys called to extend the days of renTal. I also was given a price quote with a rate of 300.00 from Dan to extend the rental until Wednesday. Well on Monday Eric acted like we were never going to return the car and gave us an outrageous price of 750 for 2-3 days extra. I hated how they made me feel.
