The worst company ever! They charged me for an order I did not confirm! Just because they have my credit card information!! You can't talk to anyone in the company except for the same two women in the customer service! They don't have any information regarding anything. And they said they won't refund me either! They don't have a website or any proper procedures! Never choose them! They are frauds!!!

Really horrible, I had a set price, but once they came up I had a different price. I told them what I already had, and once again they had something differently. So me having no choice had to pay an extra grand on top of what supposedly my original set price was.

I just moved to Houston and thanks God, I choose Alpha Movers! I couldn't expect that moving can be such a stressful thing. But my moving team Alfred, Justin and Joseph did an amazing job. They arrived on time, careful, with a nice attitude and very professional. Alpha Movers is a right choice for anyone who wants to save money and time.

I just finished a great move with Alpha Movers. These guys are awesome. I did a terrible job of describing the contents of my home and I completely underestimate the amount of time I needed for the move. The team from Alpha Movers worked their asses off to fix the mess I had created. They even sent another person to join the crew. They were friendly and fun to be around. We hired a team of three movers to help with our move from Dallas on a very rainy Friday. The three crews Harry, Philip and Alfred did an amazing job even in the pouring rain and moving our stuff into our apartment on the 5th floor! They showed up excellent promptness with the truck and all the moving supplies. They were very fast, efficient but yet were very careful with all our stuff. They were also very friendly. Having moved 5 times in the recent past years and utilized 3 moving companies for different parts of my move, my two experiences with Alpha Movers were definitely the best. The movers of this company were timely, gave accurate quotes and had reasonable storage prices. Sales rep Joseph was available and very accommodating even on a very short notice. The most positive moving experience I've had with this company. The team of three movers was on time, efficient and friendly. Within a very short time my whole apartment was packed up and on the truck. Everything made it from Dallas to Orlando intact with no damage. I had a great experience with Alpha Movers. From the first moment I talked to Mary and she was very detailed and very knowledgeable. I moved from to 2 bedrooms and she estimated my move to take between 4 to 5 hours. She suggested that I'll do my best to pre-pack everything and be as organized as possible. The movers showed up right on time. My move went very smoothly, all was done in 5 hours. Overall, EXCELLENT service and no hidden cost! I was very impressed with them and will for sure call the next time move again.

Alpha Movers moved us into our new home and we had no problems at all. They were prompt and very fast. Six months later, we were doing some remodeling in the house and they moved all our living room and bedroom furniture into our kitchen. Since it wasn't really a full move, their price was entirely reasonable. We didn't expect anything more. Excellent flawless service! I would definitely use them again.

Super nice crews Joseph and Philip are very friendly and very professional. And I got two confirmation calls from their customer rep Mary. One is the day after I make the reservation and the day before moving. Really AWESOME service! I had a concern that I have a lot of stuff unorganized and they managed them really well. They have a nice informative website too. I must say that this is the best moving company I have ever seen. I will certainly use Alpha Movers again if I need a moving agent.
