I had Todd recreate a ring for me and it turned out absolutely beautiful!! Todd has such wonderful attention to detail and the craftsmanship is magnificent! I will continue to use him for all future jewelry purchases and recreations and refer others to do the same!

The center diamond on my wife's wedding ring was loose and needed to be repaired. I drove 45 minutes to have it done at Johantgen's because I KNOW they will do it right. They don't cut corners and their service is always fantastic.

The owner does not respond to product issues. I had a bad experience.

It was an antique ring modified to have a more modern look--Todd walked me through several options, giving worthwhile feedback as I narrowed down my choices. The final product was exactly what I wanted and my fiancee was thrilled. I did some comparison shopping before purchasing and found the store to have similar or better prices on the stones and band I wanted than the jewelry store chains I visited--and they always have quite a few unique pieces that you won’t find elsewhere.

Store owner does not stand behind defective product or respond to letters. Poor customer service experience in store and out.
