I have moved around quite a bit and have had relationships with many banks in various parts of the USA. Though many were satisfactory, none of those banks can hold a candle to the professional service, the courtesy, the kindness or the accuracy I have found with Value Bank Texas. Ingleside is my branch office, but I have visited other branches and am very pleased with all of them. I have been with ValueBK TX 11 years and expect at least to celebrate 25 years with them. As Executrix of a friend's estate, the staff at Ingleside assisted me with paperwork and notary services. They don't seem to know the word "no", and they all seem to enjoy working with the public. Going in the bank does not "feel" commercial. It "feels" like home. Thank you for all the years of great service.
