The Social Worker then Discharged my mother to their facilities, their nurse visited my mother in as little as 2-hours after she was discharged. How impressive that was to have someone at home to teach us the medications and tell us what to do. I will highly recommend this agency to anyone who cares about their loved once. My Dad never cooked a meal for himself in 35 years of marriage so he was lost after Mom died. Dad has dialysis at home. We learned this agency through a friend who worked with me to have them service my mother who has alz. disease. The first time I contacted them the service co-ordinator was very sweet, very friendly and well experienced about his field. After years of looking after my mother and worrying if she will be okay when i go to work every, they do all the work for her now and if their is any emergency situations they contact me fast and best of all, nurses come to her home and do all the caring.
