2 nd times bad phone service I'll pass

Had two expierences snd both bad.today pizza was burnt I did not get my salad and the cinnamon sticks were greazy and flavorless so my lunch was not eatable.

Free pizza coupons have hidden restrictions not written on coupon. Manager would not budge; was satisfied when I stated I was taking my business elsewhere. Bad customer service. Bad business practice.

How can anyone in thier right mind rate this pizza & customer service five stars !!!! Every body that eats the food receives heartburn and acid reflux. Most of the time the delivery individuals have an attitude for no apparent reason - THEY ARE LUCKY TO HAVE A JOB!!!!!!!! There is no customer service number for this company to file a complaint!!! POLICY STANDS AS " CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT"!!!!! How does the manager of the restaurant take the side of the employee that was and is rude to the customer? NEVER ORDER FROM B STREET FAT BOYS PIZZA AGAIN!!!!!!!! Can not save comment without rating this store!!!! I put one star so I can save this comment. I really give it -5 stars!!!!!!

I have never had bad pizza until the day I ate at this fat boys and the manager is disrespectful and sarcastic my pizza was dry and cold and was not even cut! Will never eat fat boys again

I have eaten here several times and luv it each time. I have never given a review before but i appreciate the food the give us each time. Thanks to all at Fatboys pizza.

What a great disappointment. Dry, no cheese and cold. Over a one hour deliver on a Wednesday evening.

Don't listen to the good reviews they have employees log on and write them. I've called and placed an order from fat boys and first off the employee was rude on the phone. Then when I showed up in person to pick up the order they had the attitude where customers don't matter. I gave the business a benefit of doubt thinking maybe the employee is having a bad day so I tried them again and same poor service. The food is a bit greasy so nothing to be excited about. Over all mediocre food and poor service was my experience more than once.

I have eaten at many places across the country and this place is the best. When I am deployed all I think about is the great food here. I can't wait to get home. The owners of this place really look out for us soldiers, one of the owenrs even delivered to me personally, I have never seen that!! Things may not be perfect all the time but my food has always been hot. If you ever get a chance try this place it has a lot to offer. I love the Sandwichs!! You call and make you own opinion I know you will love it too!!

Pizza was good hot and fresh, but the sandwiches and pasta hit the spot! Large potions and cheap prices!! Service was fast and courteous! Even got a phone call to let us know where they were! got it to us in 35 minutes! I would recommend this place! They even gave us a free order of Breadsticks for ordering! Suprised me.

Loved the Pizza and wings! Wings are very different then the usual deep fried stuff you get from other joints. Loved them and the flavor is to die for! BBQ galric parm. Who ever thought of those needs a TROPHY! Definately will order again!
