      I have always frequented cash America pawn shop for everything from common necessities to Christmas gifts, it's exclusively the only pawn shop I have ever used, however after my run in with the young thuggish unprofessional Hispanic male manager at the cocoa location, I will never step foot in any cash America again, this man was using vulgar profanity with me, he smelled absolutely awful like B.O. and alcohol, he was loud offensive and belligerent, not to mention indescribably unhelpful, he even threatened me and asked if I'd like to take it "outside" before I left, mind you I'm 47, this ugly goofball is a criminal and doesn't belong employed anywhere. I'm appalled, avoid this location at ALL costs!!
