      Horrible Apartment Owners!!

      Lincoln Avenue Apts. Have bad business policies that are morally unfair. I was approved for an apt. Paid my deposit, and A WEEK BEFORE I MOVE IN they tell me I cannot move in! I HAD NO WHERE TO GO! THATS JUST WRONG!! I don't have a criminal history, I was already given a movein date. There's nothing I can do but warn others not to rent to them!

      THE LINCOLN APARTMENTS ARE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

      This is a nice complex with great owners and responsive management.We have weekly gardeners and cleaning crews for the exterior, we have our own maintenance staff and a live-in, on-site manager, we have recently re-modeled and improved all of the facilities including new landscaping, we are close to every possible resident need, like shopping, dining, parks, schools, hospitals, and walking trails...located very close to CSUF and the 168 Freeway and Shaw Ave. for convenience. Tucked into a quiet area just east of Willow and just north of Barstow

      Apartments for rent...nice location near CSUF and Old Towne Clovis-Newly re-modeled and nicely landscaped, on-site manager and laundry facility, covered parking, section 8 and children accepted, small complex with a friendly resident community.
