this place does not even rate a star ! the most un professional store I have ever seen.DO NOT go in or ever place an order there. you will regret it. very shady people who work there. go anyplace else and you will get much better service . how dare they say they are the best around....how very disappointed I am ....have told all my co workers not to ever use Bobs .

same situation on the 22nd Avenue North Saint Petersburg.. they do not stand by the product. read all the small words the warranty

Previous customer of Bobs Carpet Mart but never again. The "Customer Service" rep. will tell you to look around and thats about it. Perhaps they do not know their products and how they wear, or they choose not to tell their customer so they can earn that "commission". Very unhappy with my carpeting which was evident during installation. I called Bobs and had the mgr. call me. He will replace the carpeting however I am responsible for another installation fee. He even said he is giving me a break at $500.00, what a deal!. Suggest that you look elsewhere for your flooring needs. Find a company that has representatives that talk to you about your needs and the product.
