The service and cost at D's has gone to hell. Been a customer for a couple yrs and its only gotton worse. This recent go around I found they charged me $40 for a bolt, $110 for fuel hoses, and charged $38 for tax for labor done.

My 2000 Jeep Wrangler needed a new transmission before winter came around. I had been a customer of D's 4 Wheel Drive before and figured it was time to do business with them once again. After receiving the new transmission, they had it installed and working in no time flat. I drove my Jeep home that evening and discovered that when shifting from reverse to first gear, it would pop out of gear when I would begin to accelerate. Immediately, I called D's 4 Wheel Drive and reported the problem. They instructed me to return with my Jeep for an evaluation of the problem. Unfortunately not only for me, but those at D's, the new transmission that had been installed was deficient. This however was no barrier they could not clear. They received another Jeep Transmission and installed it free of charge. To this day, my Jeep has been running and shifting smoother than ever before with zero problems or complications. The men and women at D's 4 Wheel Drive are diligent, hard working folks who stop at nothing to make sure that their customers drive away with a smile on their face and supreme satisfaction. My business as a customer with D's 4 Wheel Drive will continue for as long as there are problems to be solved and improvements to be made to my vehicle.
